Clear, transparent policies for your peace of mind
Upon selecting your preferred experience date and package, a reservation is confirmed with a WhatsApp message to our team. A deposit is typically required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 7 days before your scheduled departure. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance receive a full refund. Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur rescheduling fees.
Important Notes
- •All ages are welcome on our cruises. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- •Pregnancy: We recommend consulting your doctor before booking. Snorkeling is not recommended during late pregnancy.
- •Swimming ability: Not required, though recommended for snorkeling. Life jackets are provided for all activities.
- •Photography: Bring your camera! Personal devices are welcome. Professional photography bookings available upon request.
- •Our liability insurance covers all guests under our official bookings. Travel insurance is recommended as a precaution.
